If you are unsure, then I recommend starting with the P90X Lean. Which P90X workout routine that you do is ultimately up to you and depends on your fitness level and the goals you are trying to accomplish. ![]() This is obviously NOT for beginners and only for people who have the time they can invest in themselves and who really want to push themselves.
